The New Keywords Report is designed to help you identify emerging keywords that your website is starting to rank for. These insights empower you to optimize your content for these new opportunities and capture more organic traffic.
New Keywords Report Overview
This report displays a list of new keywords detected from Google Search Console (GSC) data over a selected period. For each keyword, you’ll find:
- Keyword: The new term for which your website is receiving impressions.
- Clicks: The number of clicks generated by this keyword.
- Impressions: How often this keyword appeared in search results.
- CTR (Click-Through Rate): The ratio of clicks to impressions, showing the keyword's effectiveness.
- Position: The average position of your website for this keyword in search results.
Keyword Analysis Card
When you click on a keyword in the report, the Keyword Analysis Card appears, providing a detailed breakdown of how well the selected keyword is optimized on your target page. The card evaluates multiple factors to determine your Keyword Score, offering a clear roadmap for optimization.
Features of the Keyword Analysis Card
Keyword Score
- Shows a percentage-based score indicating how well the page is optimized for the selected keyword.
- A low score (e.g., 0%) indicates areas for significant improvement.
Optimization Analysis
- Highlights the presence (✔️) or absence (❌) of the keyword in key SEO elements, including:
- Page Title
- Meta Description
- H1, H2, and H3 Tags
- Paragraphs (Body Content)
Keyword Insights
- URL: The page ranking for the selected keyword.
- Clicks & Impressions: Performance metrics for this keyword.
Optimization Action
- A green Optimize button allows you to start improving the page for this keyword by implementing changes directly.
