How to Cancel Your ClickRank Subscription
If you wish to cancel your ClickRank subscription, you can easily do so through your dashboard. Additionally, we offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of subscription activation. Follow these steps to cancel your subscription and request a refund if applicable.
Steps to Cancel
- Log in to Your ClickRank Account
Go to the ClickRank website and log in using your credentials.
- Navigate to Your Profile
Click on your profile picture or name at the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Go to the Billing Section
In your profile, click on the Billing tab to access your subscription details.
- Locate the Cancel Subscription Option
Scroll to the bottom of the billing section. You will see the Cancel Subscription button.
- Confirm the Cancellation
Click the Cancel Subscription button and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. You may be asked to provide feedback about your reason for canceling.
- Request a Refund (If Within 7 Days)
- If you are canceling within 7 days of activating your subscription, you are eligible for a refund.
- After confirming your cancellation, contact our support team at support@clickrank.ai to request a refund.
- Provide your account details and the reason for your cancellation to expedite the process.
- Receive Confirmation
After successfully canceling your subscription and requesting a refund (if applicable), you will receive an email confirmation. Your subscription will remain active until the cancellation is processed.
Important Notes
- 7-Day Refund Policy: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of activating your subscription. Refund requests made after 7 days are not applicable.
- Access After Cancellation: Once your cancellation is processed, your account will be downgraded, and some features will become inaccessible.
- Data Retention: Your data will be retained for a limited period after cancellation. You can reactivate your subscription within this period to regain access to your data.
- Reactivate Anytime: You can reactivate your subscription at any time by visiting the billing section and choosing a plan.
